Meet the Team
Randy – General Manager
Randy Miller, co-owner of Randy & Bob’s, plans and directs the long-term strategic direction of the organization. Randy is responsible for the daily operation of the sales, operations, administration, and accounting functions of the company. While direct customer contact is not one of Randy’s primary activities, he is always ready to exchange pleasantries with customers and vendors.
Bob – Operations Manager
Bob Miller, co-owner of Randy & Bob’s, has overall responsibility for the daily operations of the facility. Bob oversees our Sales Appraisers, oversees production management, and addresses customer needs.
Nate – Production Manager /Sales
Nate is responsible for bringing all the company’s assets to bear in an organized and efficient manner so that every customer’s vehicle is returned on-time and in its pre-accident condition. Nate oversees the technical staff and coordinates training. Nate is also a damage appraiser.
Chad – Parts Expeditor
Chad is focused on accurately ordering, tracking, receiving, and distributing parts and materials per the damage appraisal. Chad also assists with overseeing the technical staff, quality control inspection, and finalizing the customer’s vehicle for delivery.
Todd – Sales Appraiser
Todd brings years of auto appraising experience to Randy & Bob’s. He will gather the information needed to begin the process of repairing your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. At times this requires preparing a damage appraisal while you wait. If possible, though, he will gather the necessary notes and pictures, and schedule the repair so you don’t have to be inconvenienced while he’s handling the paperwork. In all cases, however, Todd will ensure your repair experience is second to none.
Jeff – Sales Appraiser
Jeff brings knowledge, experience and energy to Randy & Bob’s. Jeff will gather the information needed to begin the process of restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. At times this requires preparing a damage appraisal while you wait. If possible, though, he will gather the necessary notes and pictures, and schedule the repair so you don’t have to be inconvenienced while he’s handling the paperwork. In all cases, however, Jeff will ensure your repair experience is second to none.
Natalie – Marketing Manager
Natalie is responsible for increasing Randy & Bob’s presence in the local collision repair market, as well as broadening our sales in the marine repair, motorcycle refinishing, and RV repair markets. Natalie represents Randy & Bob’s at nearly all the community activities we’re involved in, so if you see Natalie around town, make sure you wave and say hello! You may sometimes also see Natalie working in the front office as needed!
Sara – Customer Service Representative / Rental Liaison
Sara is the primary customer contact at our facility. She is always ready to greet you as soon walk through our door or call us on the telephone. She will help you process your paperwork and direct you to other staff members when necessary. Sara is our on-site Rental Liaison – if needed, she will set up your rental and have it ready for you at the time of drop off. She is also responsible for many of the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that help ensure you have a pleasant experience at Randy & Bob’s Auto Body.
Sandy – Bookkeeper
Sandy is responsible for maintaining the company’s financial records in an organized and timely manner. She manages customer payments, vendor invoices, and other financial data. In addition, she also assists customers when Sara is unavailable.
Our technical staff is the best in the industry. Many of our technicians have been working for Randy & Bob’s for over 10+ years! Our technicians are knowledgeable, industrious, friendly, and team oriented. They are proud to present you with a vehicle that is repaired to its pre-accident condition in terms of appearance, safety, and handling.
Our technicians are certified by ASE and I-CAR, the leading technical training institutes in the industry. According to ASE: “Motorists benefit from ASE certification. It is a valuable yardstick by which to measure the knowledge and skills of individual technicians as well as the commitment to quality of the repair facility employing ASE-Certified professionals.”
