Meet the Team
Nate– Owner
Nate Miller, owner of Randy & Bob’s, plans and directs the long-term strategic direction of the organization. Nate is responsible for the daily operation of the sales, operations, administration, and accounting functions of the company. Nate oversees our Sales Appraisers and production management. Nate is responsible for bringing all the company’s assets to bear in an organized and efficient manner.
Jarid– Production Manager
Jarid is responsible for overseeing the technical staff, quality control inspection, and finalizing the customer’s vehicle for delivery. His goal is to ensure that every customer’s vehicle is returned to them on-time, in it’s pre-accident condition and addressing any customer needs.
Chad – Parts Expeditor
Chad is focused on accurately ordering, tracking, receiving, and distributing parts and materials per the damage appraisal. Chad also assists with overseeing the technical staff, quality control inspection, and finalizing the customer’s vehicle for delivery.
Jeff, Cody & Glenn – Sales Appraisers
Jeff, Cody & Glenn bring industry knowledge, experience and energy to Randy & Bob’s. They will gather the information needed to begin the process of restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. At times this requires preparing a damage appraisal while you wait. If possible, though, they will gather the necessary notes and pictures, and schedule the repair so you don’t have to be inconvenienced while they are handling the paperwork. In all cases, however, Jeff, Cody & Glenn will ensure your repair experience is second to none.
Sara – Office Manager
Sara handles many of the behind-the-scenes administrative duties here to ensure you have a wonderful experience at Randy & Bob’s Auto Body and oversees the daily administrative duties at the shop. Sara is also ready to help in person and on the phone with customer questions or needs and handles local marketing and advertising.
Mikaylie– Customer Service Representative / Rental Liaison
Mikaylie is the primary customer contact at our facility. She is always ready to greet you as soon walk through our door or call us on the telephone. She will help you process your paperwork and direct you to other staff members when necessary. Mikaylie is our on-site Rental Liaison – if needed, she will set up your rental and have it ready for you at the time of drop off. She also helps with many of the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that help ensure you have a pleasant experience at Randy & Bob’s Auto Body.
Technical Staff
Our technical staff is the best in the industry. Many of our technicians have been working for Randy & Bob’s for over 10+ years! Our technicians are knowledgeable, industrious, friendly, and team oriented. They are proud to present you with a vehicle that is repaired to its pre-accident condition in terms of appearance, safety, and handling.
Our technicians are certified by ASE and I-CAR, the leading technical training institutes in the industry. According to ASE: “Motorists benefit from ASE certification. It is a valuable yardstick by which to measure the knowledge and skills of individual technicians as well as the commitment to quality of the repair facility employing ASE-Certified professionals.”
